The TAI PAN was constructed by the well-known sailboat maker Anton Sabo in Maribor, Slovenia. It is one of the approximately 30 boats he has constructed in his life, which are located all around the world. It has a German Lloyd A certificate. The interior is partially made from wide mahogany boards and waterproof wooden decking (2 x 10mm thickness). The deck is covered with Burma teak (8 – 10mm thickness). The fiberglass hull is 9 - 25mm thick. The boat has had just one owner during its life and has been continuously maintained.
